At Vapes Rambo, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While all sales are final, we do offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined below.
When Are Refunds Issued?
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged or defective.
- Your order was canceled before shipping.
- Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vapesrambo.com, and include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A description of the issue
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, we do not offer refunds on:
- Used or opened items.
- Disposable vapes, gummies, capsules, or any consumables7-OH tablets, kratom, THC/CBD products, and sex pills.
- Items returned without authorization
Processing Your Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package was marked delivered but not received:
- First, check with neighbors or your local carrier.
- Then, email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and determine next steps
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of our store policies
- Refund decisions are made at our discretion and are considered final
