All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following:
- Disposable vapes.
- Opened vape kits or cartridges.
- Nicotine strips
- Accessories (tanks, coils, batteries, chargers, etc.)
We cannot restock or resell opened or used items, regardless of condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at support@vapesrambo.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
- A description of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
Please note: We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or incorrect shipping details, you may be responsible for the original shipping cost and a restocking fee.
